OUTDOOR: Season-best 30:20.42 at the WashU Distance Carnival, April 1 ... Season-best 3:53.56 in the 1,500m at the Big Blue Friday Night Invite, April 28 ... Season-best 14:13.75 in the 5,000m at the St. Francis Invite, May 13.

INDOOR: Member of NCAA National Championship team...Set three new personal bests in the 3000m, 5000m, and Mile run...earned a fourth-place finish in the 5000m at the UAA Championship and placed fifth in the 3000m...qualified for NCAA Nationals and finished in 20th place in the 5000m...holds the fastest time ever in school history in the 5000m and is 8th all-time in the 3000m.
OUTDOOR: UAA Champion in the 10,000m run...compiled two new personal bests in the 10,000m and 1500m...USTFCCCA Academic All-American...UAA Academic team honoree...ranks ninth all-time in school history in the 10,000m...earned a third-place finish in the 5000m at the Augustana Qualifier.
