Richard Lincoff enters his 13th year as both an assistant throws coach and an adjunct professor at WashU. In addition, he is an accomplished throws competitor in the U.S. Masters Track and Field program.

With the Bears, Richard coaches all five implements (javelin, weight throw, discus, hammer and shot).

His high school coaching experience in Saint Louis includes discus, shot and javelin. He has coached several state championship athletes as well as individuals who have gone on to throw in college.

Lincoff has been participating in the throws since high school/college. For the past 23 years, Richard has been competing in the Masters Track and Field Program. He has competed successfully at both the National and World Championships Throws events numerous times.

Lincoff has a BA, MBA (University of Pittsburgh) and an MLA from Washington University

He resides in the Central West End, spending time with his children, his WashU pursuits and various other interests.

His work world experience includes having over 35 years of senior management and leadership experience working in strategic planning, marketing, sales, supply chain and R&D in numerous global industries.
