2023: Competed in seven events ... Set a season-best 8k mark of 25:16.4 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional ... Won the Augustana Interregional Open division with a time of 25:54.8 ... Placed 28th at the UAA Championships (26:11.2), 29th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (25:16.4), and 140th at the NCAA Division III Championships (25:56.8) ... Named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete.
2022: Raced in three events … Placed second at the Gil Dodds Invitational (26:07.9) and 12th at the UAA Cross Country Championships (25:14.1).
2021: Competed in five meets for the Bears...was the top finisher at the NCAA Championships meet (24:25.7) where he set a new PR and placed 44th in the entire field...also tallied a 5th place finish at the 6k Greenville Duel meet (19.20.7)...also finished in 17th place at the UAA Championships and was 13th overall at the Dan Huston Invitational...All-UAA academic selection.
