2018-19: Ran a career-best 26:21.96 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite on Sept. 29 ... Competed in four races on the season, posting sub-28 minute times in three of three 8K distances.

2017-18: Ran in the North Central Red/White Open three-mile run.

2016-17: Ran a season-best 26:35.9 at the Brooks Invitational on Oct. 15 ... Academic all-UAA for cross country. 

2015-16: Ran a career-best 26:28.2 at the Oshkosh/AAE Invite to finish 25th.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track & field at Downers Grove North High School ... Team captain for both sports ... Earned All-State track & field honors all four years ... All-Conference cross country in 2012 ...
