2018-19: Ran to a season-best 8K time of 25:48.80 at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational on Sept. 29 ... Competed in four races on the season, posting sub-27 minute times in three of three 8K courses.

2017-18: Ran to a career-best 25:47.78 at the Millikin Classic on Sept. 29.

2016-17: Ran to a season-best 26:49.6 time at the Brooks Invitational on Oct. 15.

2015-16: Ran a season-best 27:08.5 at the SIUE John Flamer invite.

HIGH SCHOOL: Team captain and four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Manhasset High School ... State Cross Country and Track & Field qualifier ...
