Zen Den
The Zen Den, located adjacent to the equipment desk off the cardio floor, is designed to provide quiet, restorative space for our students and members. The Zen Den’s Relaxation Room is outfitted with two motorized massage chairs for complimentary use. Members can book a 20- minute massage chair appointment on our Online Rec Store. Otherwise, members can book appointments in person at the equipment desk up to two hours in advance.
Additionally, the Zen Den contains a massage therapy room where our practitioners provide a variety of massage therapy modalities. An additional fee is required.
