Gary M. Sumers Recreation Center

Opened in October 2016, the Sumers Rec Center serves as the headquarters for a comprehensive recreation office that provides engaging and relevant fitness, sports, and well-being programs to the entire university community. Sumer Rec Center engages nearly 90% of undergraduate students and over 60% of graduate and professional students.

60+ Cardio Machines
Full complement of strength equipment including racks, platforms, and cable machines
3-Court Gym (Basketball/Volleyball/Pickleball/Badminton)
(3) Fitness Studios
Indoor Lap Pool
Zen Den (Massage Chairs and Massage Therapy Services)
Squash Courts
Racquetball Courts
Table Tennis Court
Locker Rooms w/ Sauna
Served as host site for a 2016 Presidential Debate
