PARKING:There is no parking exclusively reserved for the Sumers Recreation Center; however, there are several nearby parking options available to members. Lot 31 — the surface lot directly in front of the Sumers Rec Center, and Snow Way Garage are the most proximal options. In all surface lots, including Lot 31, general space parking is enforced weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., while red spaces are enforced 24/7. All vehicles are eligible to park in general spaces during weekdays before 7 a.m. or after 5 p.m., or anytime on the weekends. During weekday enforcement hours, guests without permits can park in the visitor spaces in the Snow Way Garage for a fee (see below chart for fees). Parking in Snow Way Garage is free on the weekends. Guests are encouraged to carefully read posted signage before parking anywhere on campus in order to avoid being ticketed. The WashU Office of Recreation does not have the authority to forgive parking citations. There is also plenty of bicycle parking next to the Sumers Rec Center and the U City-Big Bend Metrolink stop is only a five-minute walk from the Sumers Rec Center entrance.
