WashU Rec does not allow the posting of paper flyers anywhere within recreational facilities, including the South 40 Fitness Center (located within Zetcher House).  Instead, you can submit a design for inclusion on digital display rotators within the Sumers Recreation Center (3 screens) and South 40 Fitness Center (1 screen).

Slides must be sent in a JPEG format, sized at 1920 x 815 pixels with a resolution of 100 dpi. Submissions that aren't properly sized will not be considered. Limit one slide per event or announcement.

Send your slides to rec@wustl.edu. Please specify the sponsoring organizations name, contact name and an e-mail address along with your preferred running dates.  

WashU Rec reserves the right not to post slides we deem unsuitable or not in alignment of WashU's mission. Advertisements intended to sell/solicit products or services will not be considered unless they are in support of a WashU student/department organization or fundraiser.

Anyone who would like to take pictures or videos within the Sumers Recreation Center or the South 40 Fitness Center should contact the Senior Associate Director of Recreation for prior approval. Event coverage for varsity athletic events should be made through Bridget McCann, Director of Athletics Communications.
