League Formats
League/Division Types
Open – No gender restriction. Teams only need to meet the minimum number of required players.
Women's – Teams must be comprised entirely of individuals who identify as women.
Co-Rec – Teams have a single gender maximum able to play at any one given time.
Competitive – Competitive leagues are geared towards people that have familiarity towards the sport and/or want a more competitive environment
Just For Fun -  Just For Fun is set up for a more laid back atmosphere where students of all experience and ability levels can enjoy participating. 

League Length
Full Season – several sports have 3-4 week seasons where teams are scheduled once a week. No more than the top 8 teams then become eligible for a single elimination playoff bracket. Playoff eligibility will be specified in individual sport rules.
Mini Season - sports that have a 2 week season where teams are scheduled once a week. A limited number of teams then become eligible for a single elimination playoff bracket. Playoff eligibility will be specified in individual sport rules.
One Day Tournaments – many individual activities or smaller sports will take place in a single day or weekend. A full tournament will be played in 2-4 hours. Examples are dodgeball and spikeball.
Progressive Tournaments – progressive tournaments are individual/dual activities that take place over the course of 2-3 weeks. Examples are tennis singles and doubles.
