Pickleball
WashU Pickleball is a new, exciting student group promoting one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. In the last six years, pickleball has seen a 650 percent increase in participation (USA Pickleball Association). It's about time WashU got with the trend.

Take the technique and nonstop action of ping-pong, combine it with the foot speed and intensity of tennis, and BOOM, you have pickleball. Whether you are a beginner, remember this sport from gym class, or have been playing for years, we want to give you a place to have fun, compete, and become OBSESSED with this sport.
Our intention as a sports club is to have weekly open gym times for all levels of play, from beginner to advanced. As we begin to grow the club, we would like to reserve specialized times, for beginners to learn the game, and for more experienced players to play at an increased level of competition. Our ultimate goal is to generate enough interest and funding to send willing teams and individuals out to play at collegiate tournaments.
With your help, we intend to make pickleball one of the hottest new sports clubs at WashU!
