Scoreboard

Gymnastics Club WebsiteWashU Club Gymnastics seeks to build strong bodies, strong minds, and strong community by offering recreational and competitive gymnastics options to WashU students. We welcome gymnasts of all levels, and offer both recreational and competitive tracks.  No experience is required and our practices are designed to accommodate a wide range of skill levels, so whether you're not quite sure how to balance in that handstand or are looking to perfect your double Arabian, we've got you covered!

All members are welcome to attend our practices no matter how much experience you have! The recreational team and competition team practice together, socializing and interacting all the while.

Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-11:00pm (including travel time) and an additional competitive team practice on Saturdays from 3:30-6:30pm. Attendees meet at the South 40 Clocktower to carpool to the gym center at the listed start time and drive to SLGC together.

Once practice starts, we will all warm-up together through a structured warm-up led by the presidents which include jogging, stretching and a walk-through of basic gymnastics skills. The rest of practice is devoted to open gym where members have access to all gym equipment and can receive coaching or spotting from our coaches or a set of structured assignments based on skill level. Our members have freedom to choose and do as they wish and have fun!
