BEAR ADVENTURES
Bear Adventures are organized group outings to outdoor recreation activities and attractions around the St. Louis region. Trips typically span 3-6 hours and require a modest registration fee. Transportation is provided. Registration opens two weeks before each offering.

Yoga & Apple Picking
Description: Start with a refreshing yoga session in scenic farmland, then enjoy prime-season apple picking at the historic Eckert's Belleville Farm. Cost $20. Connect with nature, move mindfully, and take home fresh-picked apples! Registration opens 2 weeks before the event, spots fill fast!

Whispering Pine North Loop Hike
Description: Explore Hawn State Park's most stunning trail on a 6.3-mile journey through hardwood and pine forests, scenic streams, and ridge-top vistas of the Ozarks' breathtaking landscape. Cost $20. Registration opens 2 weeks before the event, spots fill fast!

Paintball at Adventure Valley
Description: Get ready for 3 hours of adrenaline-fueled fun at one of St. Louis's top paintball spots. Adventure Valley in House Springs features six fields, from wooded scenarios to a turf speedball arena and a "king of the hill" challenge. Team up, strategize, and compete with fellow Bears in an unforgettable paintball showdown. Cost $30. Registration opens 2 weeks before the event, spots fill fast!
