No. 7 WashU Women's Golf Ties For Second at Savannah Invitational

SAVANNAH, Ga. – The No. 7 Washington University in St. Louis golf team tied for second at the Savannah Invitational hosted by Berry College, posting a two-day score of 588 (296, 292). The competition was played at the Club at Savannah Harbor.
 
Junior Amy Beanblossom tied for fifth with 142 (72, 70) and first-year Saxon Skinner tied for 12th with a 146 (74, 72).
 
Junior Reagan Robinson finished in a four-way tie for 20th with a 149 (75, 74) and sophomore Nicole McGuire tied for 28th with a 151 (75, 76). Senior Athena Nguyen tied for 36th with 152 (75, 77).
 
The Bears return to competition on Sunday, March 29 and Monday, March 30 for their home WashU Spring Invite. Action is hosted at the Crown Pointe Golf Club in Farmington, Mo.
